Missing An Appointment
There are times that things don’t work as planned, and an appointment may be missed. Due to the fact that my practice tends to book well in advance, a missed appointment could be a missed opportunity for somebody else. In fairness to my patients and to myself as a practitioner, I do have a Cancellation Policy. If you need to reschedule or to cancel an appointment, I require a 48 hour notification to accommodate the necessary voicemails and return calls.
In the case of a No-Show, the normal appointment fee will be charged. There are exceptional circumstances that we can discuss, and agree to what is fair.
